Finalists' Weekend
February 22-24, 2013
Students invited to attend the Finalists' Weekend will visit UTD and meet with Program officials, participate in interviews, meet with current McDermott Scholars, and sample the cultural offerings of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Highlights of the weekend include:
- Airfare for out-of-town finalists and one parent
- Rooms at a local Richardson hotel for all students and out-of-town parents
- Interviews with Program faculty
- Mock classes by UTD faculty
- Campus and freshman housing tour
- Visit to Dallas cultural venue and dinner
- Gathering with current McDermott Scholars
- Final Q&A breakfast
